We are looking for exceptional, committed, caring and compassionate Band 6 Deputy Sister/Deputy Charge Nurse to join our dedicated multi-disciplinary team. The successful applicant will be forward thinking, pro-active and motivated to assist in providing the highest standard of care to our patients possible whilst treating our patients with dignity, compassion and respect. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment. You will be instrumental in developing and supporting the staff, ensuring that professional practice is maintained across the department. You will have extensive experience at Band 5, possess Mentorship Pathway qualification (or equivalent) and previous nursing management experience Successful applicants will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a band 5 staff . Supporting junior staff members, and a willingness to mentor both students and new staff is also an important aspect of this post. You will have the opportunity to enhance and develop your skills through preceptorship and formal educational development within this busy dynamic area.
