Job Description

We are looking for Head of Digitisation to join our Building Services business. The successful candidate will be expected to produce and lead the strategy for digital transformation within the Operating Unit, focusing on defining a clear strategy/plan to deliver improvements to the existing operations of the business by way of more consistent and efficient use of digital tools. You'll * Take ownership of the strategy for digital transformation and subsequent deployment of agreed digital tools and techniques into the business in a structured and consistent manner. * Engage and collaborate with both existing and new supply chain partners and organisations, to unlock their digital potential and support improved working opportunities, skills and practice * Assess the capabilities of the existing supply chain and assess what new supply chain partners may be required to support the Business plan objectives. * Establish, develop and provide leadership to a team of digital specialists to support areas such as innovation, CAFM and BIM (Building Information Modelling) capabilities * Analyse the current and future demands of our customers and markets, providing real time influence to both internal users and supporting our external customers & client strategies in order to maximise efficiencies; * Prioritise the systematic use and storage of relevant data to enable data analytics techniques to affect maximum efficiency through deployment of fact-based decision making * Scope solutions for new digital ways of working and potential service offerings to customers. We're looking for: * Experience in delivering digital transformation within established businesses, including the development of additional service lines built upon digital tools and systems. * Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT principles including apps and development software. * Experience of identifying commercial opportunities using data (Monetizing digital) A career with us means you'll have the freedom to develop your skills and leave your mark on the communities in which we work.
