Mind Gym's People team works together to attract, hire, develop and retain the key to Mind Gym's incredible success - our people. We are looking for a People Partner to support the EMEA team in driving business performance through development and delivery of HR initiatives which align with Mind Gym's goals, vision and vibrant working culture. This is an excellent opportunity to further build your career in the People and Talent space working with senior leaders across multiple teams in a fast paced, high growth organisation. Day-to-Day: * Execute the People strategy, focusing on engaging, developing and retaining our top talent, enabling people to excel * Drive business performance through effective advice and support, ensuring operational excellence across the People function: including benefits, payroll, and data/metrics * Oversee all generalist and employee relation matters including absence, disciplinary and performance, maternities, flexible working, etc. * Be the project owner for key People initiatives, such as benefits review and engagement survey * Create and deliver training content to upskill our managers to execute and operate on day-to-day management essentials * Responsible for contributing strategic insight, implementing engagement and team building activities * Stay up to date with the employment law landscape, assess risk and keep the employees and company compliant * Deliver our objective setting, performance and pay review process, supporting Managers to have meaningful conversations to change behaviour and empower our teams to be their best * Own regular People analytics, extracting insight to share with Leadership and to continually improve our People practices * Line management of the Global People Coordinator, supporting their growth and development * Partner with your US counterpart to ensure continuity and consistency across global People initiatives where appropriate About You: * An experienced HR Business/People Partner within in a fast-paced environment, ideally a high growth, small to medium sized business * Proven track record of HR knowledge and performance * Experience using an HRIS or CRM system * Exceptional communication skills, able to create deep, trusting partnerships with leaders, managers and employees * Strong analytical skills, including advanced excel knowledge (i.e. pivot tables, etc.) * A passion for People Science and an ability to integrate it with ease into your advice and approach (desirable) * Attention-to-detail and quality finish in all tasks and interactions * Can-do attitude, happy to step outside role as needed * A natural facilitator, you're engaging and talk with gravitas and credibility * Someone with great organisational skills and a proactive use of initiative in all tasks * Graduate degree (HR or Business degree is desirable) If this something you would be great at, we would love to hear from you.
