We are an agile team, who all believe in continuous improvement and learning. As a People analyst, you will be helping to support all things HR at Redington. Whether you are helping to create templates for frequently used documents, giving advice to members of the business, scheduling interviews or adding/uploading documents to our HR information system (HRIS). This is a great opportunity to continue building your experience of HR practices in a fast-paced organisation, you will have the opportunity to partner with the corporate teams at Redington and learn from/with an experienced, diverse team and have the support of many more in the business. This role is to start immediately so you will be interviewed and onboarded remotely and provided with all the equipment and support you need to succeed in the role! **This role is an initial 6 month FTC** Requirements YOU ARE LIKELY TO BE * Building the foundations of your career in HR, with around 2-3 years of experience * Computer literate - understanding the Microsoft office suite is essential * Comfortable with data * Experienced with HR processes, activities, and sensitive information processing * Process driven and methodical in the way you work YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE * Some experience with an HRIS and/or people related (Performance management, Recruitment/ATS) systems * CIPD level 3 or 5 qualified Benefits Remote working set-up while we are in the current situation Early finish on Friday A day off for your birthday Private medical 25 days holiday (FTE) 7% Employer contribution to Pension with 2% matching option to your pension or an ISA Social Events Time off over Christmas without using annual leave Gym subsidy (when we are allowed back) Training and continuous development personal/professional culture
