Responsibilities include: * Build, model and execute the complete 360 marketing strategy for Doji * Research to understand market drivers, target audiences and competitive landscape * Craft the messaging and positioning to convey the brand value * Create compelling, high-quality content for internal and external stakeholders * Define the content strategy to ensure comprehensive and updated marketing * Driving product launches to meet collaborative team goals through messaging across web and other customer facing communication vehicles * Support funnel growth activities with enhanced paid, owned and earned media campaigns * Internal & External event management * Interact with customers to gain insights and improve strategies * Benchmark and assess the impact of your work against key business metrics * Develop a deep understanding of our service, audience, and the buyer's journey, including the biggest client pain points and blockers to acquisition * Define core messaging and use cases to generate interest and traction around the service and bring in successful clients * Design, implement, and track growth initiatives utilising P-R-A-C-E or similar funner frameworks * Experiment and iterate on current and new acquisition channels * Build and grow a robust paid media experimentation approach across creative, app store and landing page optimisation to help grow ROI * Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and budget accountability * Manage end-to-end media partnerships to drive measurable growth * Work on integrated campaigns, starting with objectives, strategy, metrics and tactics to execute and measure performance * Ideate, test, iterate, and optimise growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels * Continuously work on new channels, creatives and innovative ideas for experimentation, optimisation and acquisition growth In Doji, we work hard to promote a culture of inclusiveness and diversity that seeks equality and values from different perspectives.
