Job Description

The Field Marketing Manager will assist with planning, developing and implementing regional marketing programs targeting prospective customers, current customers and other influencers vital to generating business opportunities. This person will be the central point of contact within the region for Field Marketing and they must be comfortable with ambiguously defined problems, big challenges, and can balance thinking with tactical, detailed execution. In this role, you will work closely with the Domo sales team to align to their needs. The Field Marketing Manager will also understand the individual sales territories and their unique circumstances in order to execute initiatives to meet sales objectives. Key Responsibilities * Drive and execute targeted regional marketing plans to bring together corporate programs and regional opportunities, including but not limited to field events, executive programs, tradeshows, industry associations to build the sales pipeline, generate leads and accelerate opportunities for the field * Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional sales directors, field marketing peers and account executives * Analyzing and assessing current efforts and make changes focused on maximizing resources and exceeding target objectives * Developing creative closed loop marketing campaigns to attract the attention of business executives and IT leaders * Working with sales, product marketing, partner marketing and creative services in the execution of field marketing plans * Assisting event and marketing program managers in developing regional- and campaign-specific target lists * Frequent, detailed reporting on field marketing programs and their success against sales and demand generation objectives * Communicating with sales to gain buy-in, understanding and participation in marketing programs * Manage and implement demand creation and lead generation activity to develop qualified sales leads and create brand awareness activities Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required * B2B technology experience * 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience * Experience managing a team of marketers * Ability to identify effective marketing tools for sales force success * Experience in enterprise demand generation * Ability to work closely and successfully with an enterprise sales organization * Experience identifying sales targets on an industry or geographical basis * Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams * Strong analytic, reporting and written communication skills * Rigorous attention to detail and focus on the quality of deliverable * Experience with Salesforce.com and Eloqua a plus
