Who are Metapack? We are a tech company that works with a lot of the world's biggest ecommerce players to integrate them with over 470 carriers around the world to make delivery easy. We are a multi-tenant SaaS platform. We give them the platform to help consumers decide their delivery preference and track the parcel's progress whilst also providing the retailer with intelligent smart decisions about how to send the parcel - all underpinned with lots of data. We work with well-known global retailers and major brands such as ASOS, Adidas, Burberry, John Lewis, Boohoo, eBay, and Zalando. In fact we work with so many retailers and carriers it's highly likely that you've interacted with us at some point when ordering goods online! In August 2018, we were acquired by Fortune 100's 2nd fastest growing company, stamps.com. We have super ambitious and exciting plans all centered around our tech. Metapack will play a role in shipping around 600 million parcels in 2018 and with the wider stamps.com family the number rises to 2.5bn parcels. MetaPack has been growing at 40% year on year over the last 5 years and continues to grow at a rapid rate. It is an exciting time to be joining the Metapack Marketing Team as we are in the process of expanding the team with new functional and regional roles. We already have solid operations and business being executed in Northern Europe but with best in class products, solutions, and opportunity we're very committed to the growth of this market. As the field marketing manager for the region, you will be responsible for designing and executing the regional plans and be the primary marketing contact for all business stakeholders in that region. This is the perfect role for a self-motivated marketer who can thrive independently, but also enjoys working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. What would I be doing? * The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing a successful marketing plan and executing field marketing programs in Northern Europe, in alignment with global company positioning, and local sales strategies * Collaborating with the global marketing and local sales teams to raise brand awareness and create new business opportunities for our solutions in the US * Working closely with the global marketing and local sales teams to develop and implement awareness and demand generation programmes in Northern Europe that are aligned to the business strategy * Designing and executing localised inbound and outbound field marketing activities to ensure monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline objectives are met. These activities include events, email/digital outreach, lead nurture programmes, partnerships with technology vendors, industry groups, etc * Maintaining the corporate strategic objectives, direction and vision in all marketing activities and material when executing the strategy for prospects and customers in the region, focusing on the fast-growing opportunities with retailers, brands and e-Commerce businesses * Defining customer needs and insights, and developing local messaging and micro campaigns that address different audiences via intelligent targeting and segmentation * Working closely with sales to identify local activities to organise or attend and gain support in the execution of these events with attendance and speaking opportunities * Developing the overall project plan with milestones and own the high-level project management of each program including budget * Driving company awareness of legal/cultural requirements for local marketing activities and programs * Growing the local database of targetable contacts in the right accounts, job levels, and functions and ensure the database complies to GDPR standards Who are you? * 5+ years of field marketing experience within B2B software or technology organisations targeting enterprise-level companies * Background of eCommerce and/or retail industry is an advantage * Experience planning and running successful events and campaigns in the Northern European market * Proven success in developing programs that address various buying sales cycles and personas * Good understanding
