Cloud Solutions Consultant Khaos Control Solutions was born in 2000 and is a rapidly expanding software company based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. We work hard to provide exceptional implementation support to our customers, ensuring an efficient on-boarding process whilst maximising their knowledge and therefore use of our software. Position: Cloud Solutions Consultant Location: Grantham, NG31 (Commutable from Newark-on-Trent, Colsterworth, Melton Mowbray, Sleaford, Bourne, and surrounding areas) Contract type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 (Depending on experience) + 10% Commission (uncapped) per annum plus a comprehensive employee benefits package Working Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 hrs). Khaos Control provides high-quality enterprise resource planning software to businesses within the UK. We have a requirement for a Cloud Sales Consultant with experience in Telesales and/or consultative sales to join our established and growing team. Your main responsibility will be to generate new business for our Cloud based product. Whilst in the role, you will be expected to increase your knowledge of the system, as well as increasing your business knowledge. You will be primarily office-based working from Khaos Control Solutions' head office in Grantham, however there will be times when it is necessary to visit customer premises for meeting, attend exhibitions and events and meet with partners to assist with generating new relationships and leads. Depending on location, overtime and/or the occasional overnight stay may be required. You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic salesperson looking to earn commission and progress within our growing sales department. Your Role will involve the following: * Performing remote and face to face demonstrations of the product * Working with Partners to generate leads and build brand awareness (e.g. Web Developers) * Cold Calling old leads and cold leads to book demonstrations and build pipeline * Deal with inbound enquiries by qualifying their needs and booking demonstrations * Updating our CRM system with all sales activity * Working closely with support and training departments to manage new and existing customers SKILLS FOR THE ROLE Essential * Prior Sales experience is required for this role (2 years minimum) * A hunger to earn commission and a drive to generate leads as well as rely on inbound enquiries. * Excellent time and people management skills. * An ability to identify key business challenges and provide solutions to ensure customer requirements are met. * Proficient with IT and able to quickly learn new technology. * Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications. * A can-do attitude with an ability to problem solve, prioritise, and manage workload. * An understanding of the importance of data protection and information security best-practices. * High emotional intelligence with the ability to make connections. * A clear communicator, face-to-face, over the phone, and by email. * Excellent presentation skills. * A team player; effective under your own steam and equally at ease collaborating with colleagues. * An ability to think fast. * Ready to learn and to continue learning. * Access to own vehicle for business use in order to attend customer sites. * Comfortable and justifiably self-confident enjoying work in a target driven, fast paced environment. Desirable * Familiar with retail and e-commerce businesses, how they work, and their key processes. * An awareness of bookkeeping and basic accountancy principles. * Prior sales experience with the ability to demonstrate targets that have been exceeded. * Involvement with e-commerce / retail / 3rd party logistics warehouse process setup, analysis and improvement. * Previous experience of working with a SaaS solution. * Prior experience of using a CRM system (Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, etc.) * Experience of working with ERP, Accounting and / or Stock Control software. QUALIFICATIONS Essential * Minimum of Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) high grade passes.
