ABOUT THE ROLE Each dedicated product team is responsible for all aspects of what they are building, from compliance and legal to business development and finance. Teams operate independently like a mini-startup within Revolut, with its own tech and design resources. This not only allows for fast-paced development and pivots, it facilitates passionate, close-knit teams that work closely together to achieve their goals. Our teams are highly technical and detail-oriented, and we love to get down into the nitty-gritty of our in-app processes to make the best possible experience for our customers. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Hiring and retain best people in your team Managing a cross-functional team of developers, designers, operations managers You will be responsible for KPI deliveries You will work on understanding customer needs and gather product requirements Deliver features and products that will create amazing user experiences and validate them with customers WHAT YOU'LL NEED Software product management experience Minimum GPA 3.5/4 (US), 60% (UK), 8/10 in any other country Any of the following: Worked at a large tech company worth more than US$15B Well-known selective non-tech company: Tier-1 or tier-2 strategy consultancies, tier-1 investment banks, private equity STEM (technical) degree from top 15 unis in the US, top 5 in the UK, top 2 in any other country School/university Olympic medal in competitions in physics, maths or programming A LITTLE ABOUT US We believe that there are better ways for people to control their money.
