As part of the structuring of our HR / People team, we are looking for an HR Assistant to support Contentsquare in this exciting period of growth. Responsibilities * Assisting with Legal compliance and policy build * Onboarding management (offer letters, contract, amendments, follow-up trial period, health insurance, inductions) * Welcome our new employees & follow-up on their onboarding * Payroll management: relationship with our service providers, answering employees' questions, sending variable elements, solving errors encountered * Various responses to employee requests (certificates, support) * Monitoring and updating information, integration and internal communications documents * Case study and management of international mobility processes (visas requests & renewals for foreign employees, relationships with instances, writing memos) * Legal research, memos preparation for the HR team * Update reports and employee follow-ups, sorting and management of employee files * HRIS management (employee information, leave, documentation, etc.) * Participation in the construction of our HR Roadmap Our ideal candidate * We are looking for a person with a minimum one year's experience in HR or Recruitment, preferably in a high-growth environment.
