ABOUT THE TEAM The Leadership Team provides Revolut with the vision, the drive, and the direction to continue its rapid growth and development into a major international finance business. From risk, to finance, to people, the leadership team is our C-suite level grouping that sets the tone and agenda for all areas of the business and is comprised of some of the brightest and most successful people in the business. WHAT WE NEED Each dedicated product team is responsible for all aspects of what they are building, from compliance and legal to business development and finance. Teams operate independently like a mini-startup within Revolut, with its own tech and design resources. This not only allows for fast-paced development and pivots, it facilitates passionate, close-knit teams that work closely together to achieve their goals. Our teams are highly technical and detail-oriented, and we love to get down into the nitty-gritty of our in-app processes to make the best possible experience for our customers. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Hiring and retain best people in your team Managing a cross-functional team of developers, designers, operations managers You will be responsible for KPI deliveries You will work on understanding customer needs and gather product requirements Deliver features and products that will create amazing user experiences and validate them with customers WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED Software product management experience Minimum GPA 3.5/4 (US), 60% (UK), 8/10 in any other country Worked at a large tech company worth more than US$15B or Well-known selective non-tech company: Tier-1 or tier-2 strategy consultancies, tier-1 investment banks, private equity A never ending drive to make products better A LITTLE ABOUT US We believe that there are better ways for people to control their money.
