About the Marketing team The Marketing team, together with Sales, exists to drive predictable, repeatable growth - for each team member, for Attest, for clients and for consumers. How? We combine expertise across content, technology, demand generation, business development, sales and account management; and by pulling together as a single team, we're able to produce results that are greater than the sum of its parts. VP Marketing We're looking for our first overall global marketing leader, to build new growth from our excellent team, assets and opportunities. You will have heaps of experience mentoring and coaching people across broad marketing disciplines and levels of experience, and are naturally a people-centric person whose experience and empathetic style will have an immediately positive impact on the team. You default to a coaching mindset that builds upon the existing potential of people, ideas, existing structures and looks to apply well-reasoned challenges when seeking to adapt, pivot or re-set what we do and how we do it in a positive and inspiring way. Marketing strategy . Setting the overall direction for everything Attest does in Marketing, including areas of focus, precise propositions, segmentation, choices/mix of channels, and asset/resource allocation, all with the goal of making Attest easier to understand and easier to buy. Execution. Working closely both with the Marketing and team, and wider cross-functional team, to guide and ensure all actions fit together toward achieving the wider Marketing and company strategy to consistently deliver practical, timely outcomes for Attest's existing and prospective customers, directing Attest to ever better commercial outcomes. Team leadership and growth. Developing, guiding and growing the talented Marketing team members, from Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Events, to Demand Generation, Brand & Communications, as well as other new activities that you create as part of your wider Marketing strategy. As a leader you'll know the importance of building, developing and retaining a team of talented, highly engaged people who are continuously learning and growing to form a Marketing function that is greater than the sum of its parts. Brand . Partner with our Director of Brand and Communications to refine with unmistakable clarity what our brand is (and isn't). Being distinctive in our style and positioning, with a mandate to make bold moves and act upon our opportunities to take risk, stand out and grow. Retention and Engagement. Help drive engagement amongst customers we've already acquired. Create opportunities and resources to support our post-sales team's brilliant efforts to expand how customer's perceive and use Attest, generating new activities and referrals as a result.
