Mail Hitchin 35K - 40K plus bonus (OTE 50 K) My client is a boutique fitness operator who is now looking for a General Manager to join their team in Hitchin This is a great fitness job and opportunity to join an operator which has a great reputation for delivering results for their clients. My client is a multi-site operator and specialises in group training and specialised personal training. With an amazing reputation in the local area for helping members achieve results whilst providing them with excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to join an expanding fitness operator. This is a great fitness job in Hitchin and you will have the opportunity to work directly with the owners. This is a varied fitness job and would suit a candidate who has experience in driving sales and delivering fitness sessions (group and 1-to-1). You will be extremely passionate about customer service and standards and take pride and ownership in your work. Experience of working in the fitness industry is not essential. The role is split between driving commercial performance and delivering fitness sessions.
