The Role We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic new member of Onfidos IT team, to give world class support to our 300+ Onfido employees. Due to Covid-19 this role will initially be remote. But afterwards you will be based in our London office, supporting Onfido Employees both locally as well as remote support to our international offices in Portugal, India and the US. The right candidate will have a solid history of supporting Mac devices (We are around 90% Apple devices), as well as having experience with Linux devices, Windows Server & Active Directory. This person will also have excellent communication skills, and a positive "happy to help" attitude. You will extend support for all Onfidoers and continuously develop infrastructure in all locations so that there is: 1. Continuous development and maintenance - completion of projects/backlog 2. Adapt our security requirements and compliance controls 3. Excellent IT support - tickets are completed with the agreed turn-around-time Requirements Technical skills: * Security and Compliance - experience with adopting ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance in an Office IT environment by implementing and operating the related controls. Also securing Office IT environments based on security best practices. * A good foundational knowledge of Networking, IT Infrastructure & VPNs. * Support/Helpdesk - providing IT Support of all kinds to Onfido employees. * Asset Management * Audio Visual * MacOS Nice-to-haves: * Hands on experience with any of - * Jamf Pro * Microsoft Active Directory * Google Apps / G SuiteOffice 365 * IdP experience (e.g OneLogin, Okta) * Endpoint/Mobile Central Management * Cisco Meraki * IT Automation - automating IT operations and maintenance tasks using scripting languages like shell/bash or python and code versioning systems.
