Job Description
Key Purpose of the Role: To oversee, manage, develop Metro distribution department's administration requirements, including the ABC audit process, with maintenance/development of databases and systems. Key Responsibilities * The oversight and preparation of London print orders, returns keying, manifest preparation and communication to print, IT and transport partners. * Be an expert on our ABC audit rules. * To oversee the ABC audit process by * Working closely with Metro franchisee administration teams to ensure timely delivery of required ABC compliant audit documentation within agreed timescales. * Work closely with the ABC audit team, providing responses to ABC management reports. * Work closely with Operations Managers to communicate/respond to ABC issues. * Communicate ABC best practice to Metro stakeholders. * To ensure compliance with ABC rules and compliance with Metro's distribution systems. * Be an expert in Metro distribution's IT and operating systems * Able to assist others in solving systems issues. * The oversight, tasking and maintenance of required department reports, including the maintenance of accurate records/databases. * The oversight of train & bus invoicing keying. * Commercial Ad hoc duties including client copies. The oversight of the department's response to social media enquiries, including Twitter, telephone and e-mail requests. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Able to plan ahead and work in a systematic and organised way * Supportive of others, able to work effectively with individuals and teams Good level of Excel and Word experience
