The AWS WWPS Distribution Program Manager is an integral member of the Public Sector Partner Programs team and in key position to help grow our cloud computing business and make an impact in an exciting, growing market. In this Distribution Program role, you will support the strategic vision and execution of the public sector distribution partner program for the European geography. The Distributions Program and strategies help AWS APN partners achieve a competitive advantage and you will work cross-functionally with AWS global teams and partners in Europe to support and accelerate growth of the AWS Public Sector partner community. The ideal candidate is experienced with developing and executing complex distribution strategies, program management and reporting, financial analysis, communications strategy development and is highly organized. You must have the ability and initiative to understand critical business needs, analyze issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to support the development of learning solutions. You must thrive in a fast paced environment. Core Roles & Responsibilities Develop and manage programs in alignment with distribution partner GTM strategies in a high matrixed organization and partner ecosystem. Align with AWS partner leadership, European leaders, finance, and legal to design a scalable distribution strategy Work with team members to develop back-office mechanisms and technical operations to run internal and partner-facing initiatives. Work closely and communicate effectively with distribution partners, AWS sales and partner teams, and AWS HQ teams around the world using different mediums to develop partners in a distribution model Develop and document mature mechanisms that address customer and partner needs, gaps, and opportunities. Activate joint business plans through strategic initiatives, training/enablement, demand generation, and program development. Work with subject matter experts, development partners, and other stakeholders to develop internal content when needed that meets audience and program requirements in creative and engaging ways Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience in Public Sector for European government entities Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives Experience creating and executing GTM or distribution strategies with multi-partner ecosystems driving value at all levels. 5+ years of work experience in distribution program management, communications or a related field that incorporates industry best practices. Strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences and develop written material for external stakeholders Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment 20-25% travel to include international locations Preferred Qualifications MBA Preferred GLOBAL Public Sector experience Experience and solid understanding of Cloud computing technology and a utility pricing model Strong financial and analytical expertise. Experience or relationships with distributors like Ingram Micro, Tech Data or ALSO. Must be located in Europe. Prefer locations in London, Paris, or Berlin.
