Locations: INTL-London JOB DESCRIPTION: The Human Resources Manager / Advisor manages and develops a team of Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Administrator and Human Resources Assistant across Europe. He/she will ensure the smooth running of the Human Resources department and that its daily tasks are completed efficiently and in line with local regulations and Company policies and procedures. He/she will work closely with management teams across all international locations on Human Resources matters. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Partner with the HR Director to plan the department needs and distribute the department resources * Ensure smooth and efficient running of HR Department daily operations and that deadlines are met * Manage and develop one or more HR person (Assistants, Administrators and/or Generalists * Ensure a fair distribution of the workload in line with individual positions, goals and personal skills * Lead a cooperative effort among members for a project team * Spearhead new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of department and services performed * Work closely with HR team members globally to ensure consistency of process delivery and employee experience and to ensure global department goals are met * Have a detailed knowledge of Company processes and policies to recommend and implement improvements * Provide ongoing support to Senior HR Representants by serving as an advisor in both a business and people related capacity * Partner with management teams in different locations and advise on best practices and sensitive employee relations cases * Ensure compliance with local regulations * Consult with benefits providers to propose relevant and competitive schemes * Advise on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation and data requires evaluation of a variety of factors QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Required Skills: * Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel) * Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) * Strong managerial skills * Advanced knowledge and understanding of international employment law * Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations * Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace * Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries * Attention to detail is crucial, problem-solving competencies are vital * Advanced knowledge with a Human Resources Information System * Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills * Maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed Required Experience: * Minimum 7 years Human Resources experience * Exposure to and a good understanding of payroll, compensation and benefits * Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, preferably with Human Resources concentration * 3 years of supervisory experience Desired Skills and Experience: * 5 years of managerial experience * Additional languages a bonus * Advanced knowledge of HRIS Software (ADP or Workday)
