Salary up to 49,869 per annum (Basic Salary 35,661 - 43,869 + 9,000 Market Supplement and Retention Bonus subject to annual review) Permanent Contract 37 Hours per Week Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Following a redesign of our family support services we are looking for enthusiastic experienced senior practitioners who are committed to support and protect children, young people and families in need of longer term services. Our redesign has reduced the size of our teams and increased the capacity of our team managers and service manager to allow greater support and oversight of cases. About You: We are looking for social workers and senior practitioners who are experienced and confident enough to work autonomously to ensure children and families are supported, to be creative and empowered to promote change and positive outcomes for children and young people and be committed to our journey of improvement.
