Job Description
GBN are looking for someone who has senior level experience in a busy accounts office within the UK. Preference will be given to someone who has worked for a freight/logistics company. If they have used software like Multi freight and/or Open Accounts systems then that would be ideal. The position involves: * Liaising with clients and foreign agents * Reconciling statements in the Multifreight/OpenAccounts system * Making payments to suppliers * Filing * General office duties * Accuracy, attention to detail * Ability to work in a busy environment * Good data entry speed are important in this role. Hours are 08:30-17:30 but you will be required to do some overtime when required.
