The Opportunity As a Lead Technology Organization Coach at Onfido, you will: * Work closely with our CTO and CPO to design and implement improvements to our processes, training, and organization to speed the delivery of value to our customers and increase our agile and lean maturity. * Meet with our product development teams to identify and understand impediments to their work and design programs to help them improve incrementally. * Work with the teams to identify issues and implement solutions. Identifying improvement areas, develop agile, data-driven, solutions and work with the teams to implement and iterate on them, then transfer ownership to the teams to drive forward * Establish the role of Agile Coach within Onfido, and build a team over time to support a practice of continuous improvement within our organization * Develop and lead training for teams when needed * Plan and facilitate organization improvement exercises and project retrospectives Requirements * Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills * Real self-awareness and emotional intelligence * The ability to draw meaningful insights from an ocean of information * Self-motivation and an eagerness to take on responsibility early * A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively spanning multiple functions * A highly flexible and adaptable approach * A background in product development as an Agile Coach, Development Lead, Project/Program Manager or Product Manager * Experience with a long-term improvement role * Deep understanding of Agile and Lean practices and experience working with teams to help them improve over time Benefits We're committed to making Onfido a fantastic place to work, so we go to great lengths to give you what you need to succeed.
