This latest funding round is led by Redline Capital with participation from existing investors including MMC Ventures, GMG Ventures and Hearst Ventures. About the role - Whats your purpose? We are looking for a dynamic, organised and energetic PA to support our CEO in a busy and fast-paced environment with offices based in London, New York and HongKong. The role requires someone who is proactive, extremely personable and confident. Responsibilities - What will you be doing? * Managing all day to day functions for our CEO by strategically planning their time and aligning priorities * Writing and sharing communications on behalf of CEO to many different stakeholders, including board members, high profile external connections, senior leadership, and large teams internally and externally * Owning travel arrangements, bookings, expenses for the CEO * Coordinating meetings and calls while scheduling across multiple time zones - ensuring participants have all needed prep materials (notes, decks, CVs etc) * Assisting with project work and ad hoc miscellaneous initiatives, as needed * Assisting the senior leadership team on an ad hoc basis Requirements Who are we looking for? * Previous PA experience working at C-suite preferable * Previous experience working in a fast growing environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organisation * Ability to effectively manage a heavy fast paced workload * Good professional judgment and emotional intelligence * Thrives under pressure * Detail orientated with the ability to work quickly and accurately * Self-motivate At Signal, we strongly believe that diverse teams perform better.
