EI solutions focus on the following areas of Customer Interaction Management: * Contact Center On premise, Hosted and Cloud * Self Service * Quality and Performance Management * Video Conferencing and Collaboration * Email and Knowledge Management * Outbound Dialler * Attendant Console The successful candidate will be responsible for new account business generation. It is a key part of the role that the individual can work successfully with members of several other teams including Technical Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Demand Generation and Product Management. Objectives: * Generates Sales Revenues - Targeted Quota Role * Generate new account business opportunities * Meet defined sales bookings targets for both Product, and Professional Services * Develop and build existing customer relationships driving both revenue and increased customer satisfaction via EI Customer Success programme Responsibilities: * Identify and maintain value added relationships with key decision makers and key stakeholders within potential and existing customer accounts * Prepare quotations in accordance with company guidelines * Ensure all orders received are correctly priced, discounts are correctly applied, and orders are processed in adhere to company polices * Manage business opportunities pipeline in SFDC * Maintain and review weekly, a qualified business forecast with WNE VP sales * Maintain a full understanding of the Company product portfolio, Professional Services capability and customer support models * Manage internal company resources to maximise operational efficiency in support of the sales function * Identify potential competitive threats and take timely and effective action to communicate and minimise them. Proactively seek knowledge of competitor and market activity in order to position the company and understand the impact upon the business * Create, maintain and execute strategic customer account plans that leverage and recognise the capabilities and requirements of the broader stakeholders in Enghouse e.g. Pre-Sales, Operations, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Product Development Qualifications: * Demonstrable background of sales and business development success for Cloud Contact Center or Video Conferencing and Collaboration * Deep understanding and experience of managing a complex sales cycle * History of meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets * Possess excellent strategic planning and negotiation skills * Proven ability to marshal and manage internal and external resources - people, funding, materials and support - to achieve sales and Company objectives * Track record of initiating and developing new business, with clear evidence of personal impact to closure Personal Attributes: * Accountable and delivers on commitments * A sales professional at all time * Honest with others and self * Disciplined * Listens well * Does not offer excuses * Deals in facts not emotion * Offers solutions not problems * Appetite for continuous learning and improving Mobility Requirements: * Must hold clean, valid driving licence * Able to travel frequently We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
