Marketing Manager- MYO and Fitted

Job Description
The primary duties of this role include the planning and execution of the annual marketing plans for each Myo site and the Myo brand, as well as the launch campaigns for each upcoming Myo site and the new Landsec Fitted product. Plan and manage marketing budgets for Myo and Fitted, ensuring all activity is delivered in the most creative and cost-effective way, measure and analyse marketing activity and demonstrate MROI. Scope of job People * To work closely with the entire Myo and Fitted teams - specifically the Head of Myo and Fitted and the Sales Director * To work closely with Head of Marketing Strategy and Planning for Urban Assets * To work closely with the onsite Myo Members Concierge Team, as well as Myo's Customer Experience Manager * To work closely with the Landsec Digital Marketing Manager * To work closely with the Landsec Event Manger to develop and deliver the member engagement programme * To work closely with the Landsec in-house PR team * To manage external creative and digital agencies Financial * To directly manage all Myo and Fitted marketing budgets * To consistently measure and analyse MROI Other * Act as Myo's brand guardian ensuring that all brand activity is delivered consistently * To ensure that marketing activity is interesting, engaging and creative to gain cut through amongst competitors, raise brand awareness and generate leads Principle accountabilities * Generate demand and leads through marketing activity * Manage the paid digital activity, including but not limited to PPC, Social, Display * Manage Myo's website, ensuring it is up to date at all times and is performing well * Manage SEO activity to ensure Myo's organic SEO improves over time * Work with the Head of Marketing Strategy & Planning for Urban Assets to deliver and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring financial health of the marketing budget * Content generation, including but not limited to newsletters; social media and Myo's blog * Development of the member engagement programme, identifying brand partnership opportunities, nurturing existing brand partnerships, managing the calendar, event planning and event management with assistance from the Landsec events team. * Work with the data and insight manager for Myo and Fitted to gain a deep understanding of our audiences and competition and to ensure we are delivering the best possible service to our members * Work with our in-house PR team to develop PR activity and events, as well as Myo and Fitted internal comms * Manage all brand comms, such as brochures, HTML emails, launch materials, photography, CGI's, brand assets, templates etc * Manage agency relationships * Input to regular business reporting and present to the business on marketing performance Decision making authority Without reference: * Manage Marketing budgets effectively * Implementation of marketing activity and member engagement programme * Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders With reference: * Develop marketing strategies with the Head of Marketing Strategy & Planning of Urban Assets to the support the business KPI's for Myo and Fitted * Work closely with the Landsec Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement digital strategies to support business KPI's Key competencies * Strong interpersonal skills - communication, influencing, coaching * Energy and enthusiasm * Attention to detail * Negotiation skills * Relationship builder * Strategic and creative: forward-thinking and flexible * Self-starter who is able to take initiative, manage their own time, work autonomously but also works as part of a team Knowledge, experience and qualifications Essential * B2B experience * Significant marketing experience in a similar field * Strong knowledge across marketing functions - digital, PR/comms, social, content, partnership management, brand activations, etc * Proven track record in creative marketing * Commercially aware. Able to deliver cost effective campaigns and work to tight budgets and timeframes * Results driven with the ability to track, analyse and measure data and MROI Desirable * Brand experience * Experience of the flexible office market * Experience of delivering high levels of customer service and customer experiences * Experience of performance marketing * Experience within the commercial office sector * Experience of managing sizeable budgets * Experience of managing creative and digital partners * Experience of the property industry * Understanding of the flexible office market * Experience of stakeholder management
