ABOUT THE ROLE: * A broad role encompassing working closely with our in-house and third-party distribution partners as well as education and public sector bodies * To maximise the effectiveness of our marketing activities and communications * Deliver through their customer and marketing databases, utilising their existing tools and resources and where appropriate devising tailored promotional activities * Ensure consistency in brand communications * Responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the distribution partner marketing & activity plans in order to stimulate distribution sales for the UK Selling Unit * Liaise with agency partners (PR, Digital), to support the delivery of marketing activities in our distribution partners KEY RESPONSIBILITES (But not limited to) * Lead and take ownership for managing the key relationships with our distribution partners to facilitate and support the delivery of marketing strategy * Activate distribution partner participation in UK marketing strategies, promotional activities, product launch programs and other activities in order to maximise our end user reach and positively effect sales results * Understand the challenges currently facing distribution partners and tailor innovative campaign solutions to combat these issues while ensuring all plans and decisions are truly customer-led and remain on brand * Work with the wider sales & marketing team to deliver successful launch plans for new products, supporting campaign activities, and event support materials, ensuring that they are delivered cohesively and on brand * Design, manage and deliver the distribution partner marketing activity plan to include social media, email, DM, etc... from conception through to launch * Analyse market dynamics and trends, track competitors' product launches and media activities (e.g. promotions, marketing activities incl. digital / social media) and sharing key learnings * Reviewing, proposing and influencing the optimisation of the representation of our products and brand in distribution partners printed media and online. Providing briefing, proofing and feedback on distribution partner marketing activities and materials All duties described may be adapted and are not limited to the above, to meet the needs of a changing organisation. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIANCE * Experience working for a brand leading manufacturer delivering marketing messages through a distribution partner channel * Knowledge of the full marketing mix, specifically Digital/Email Marketing, Direct Mail and CRM * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). A working knowledge of SalesForce is desirable. * Proven track record of successfully delivering results in fast paced environment * Ability to set priorities and ability to deliver tasks and results within tight deadlines * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to communicate ideas concisely and confidently * Customer oriented mindset and focus * Excellent relationship building skills and able to effectively navigate complex customer business structures * Strong analytical skills: ability to translate key data i
