We are launching ourn ew e-scooter service in Londonand we are looking for anOperations Managerwho will be responsible for all scooter-related operations: organisation of collection, charging, and deployment activities. Let's build the future of transportation together! What you'll be doing: * Manage all Bolt's scooter operationsin London * Responsible for launching and managing scooter operations * Control all topics regarding scooter operations , daily city flow and P&L ownership * Maximize fleet availability in the street by having an all time overview of in and outflow of scooters * Objective to increase user conversion and usage by defining and updating deployment areas according to demand, defining ideal number of scooters per spot and schedule * Screening of logistic partner(s) and daily management to ensure full collection, charging and deployment of targeted number of scooters, spots and city compliance * Monitor and decrease scooter churn by identifying main risk areas, lead internal team efforts to search missing scooters and, together with the Head Mechanic, keep a zero backlog of damaged scooters Requirements: * Have 4 years experiencein an analytical position * Have a data-driven analytical mindset (good Excel skills are a must) * Amazingnegotiation and communication skills * Be a hustler , not stopping after 20 obstacles a day * Be passionateabout new technologies You'll get extra credit for: * Experience insharing economy, tech business, transport industry , startup or dynamic high-growth company * Experience inproduct launches or running a business Benefits: * Motivating compensation - motivational base pay and company stock options * No corporate BS - we're moving too fast for that * Amazing personal growth experienceat one of the fastest-growing startups in Europe * Working with a motivated and talented international team , plus regular team events * Flexible working hours- as long as you get the work done * Impactful work - you'll have a rare opportunity to build a product literally used by millions of people across the world Our team is made up of thinkers, innovators and go-getters shaping the way millions of people move around the globe.
