Country Manager, United Kingdom Flipdish.com Flipdish is a global software business headquartered in Dublin, and one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. The company employs 100 team members across 7 countries and expects this to double in the next 12 months. There is a dramatic and rapid shift from offline to online in the hospitality industry. In the next 10 years we will see; the proliferation of self-serve kiosks, delivery drones take to the skies, and dark kitchens transform the industry. Flipdish is leading the way. Profile: We are looking for a highly motivated, smart, experienced, hard working leader to join our growing management team. The successful candidate for this role will be highly resourceful, have a high internal locus of control, have strong managerial and leadership skills, and be very analytical and numbers focused. The region will be the UK, with a focus on the London Metropolitan area. Role: * Report directly to Chief Commercial Officer based in Dublin * Own a full P&L for the UK region * Manage an entire budget * Manage existing team and be in involved in future hiring * Work with and train existing managers to ensure continued and future growth * Establish London base office * Take total responsibility for the success/failure of Flipdish in the region * Evaluate performance and productivity in line with company objectives * Collaborate with other regional General Managers to learn and share * Compete as a team against the other regions * Oversee daily business operations * Developing and implement growth strategies * Research and identify growth opportunities on an ongoing basis Requirements: * 2-3 years consultancy experience in McKinsey or similar * 2-3 years tech startup responsibility * Proven experience in leadership * Top performer with a proven track record in sales of advanced technology solutions * Excellent interpersonal and team management skills * Strong analytical and organisational skills with an internal locus of control * Fast mover - ability to agile in your approach and handle ambiguity * Strong technical ability, and an interest in how our products and services are helping our customer grow and succeed * Positive attitude - you will be an integral part of our leadership team and a go to person for the region Incentives: Attractive base salary Equity/Shares Bonus based on performance Collaborative work environment with a dynamic and multicultural team Huge opportunity to make significant impact from the start
