About the Matron Role: The Matron post is central to the successful opening and ongoing outstanding delivery of Auriens Chelsea. We are looking for an exceptional leader who is ambitious, creative and focused; willing and able to deliver the highest professional clinical and caring standards to discerning customers as part of a bespoke and personal service. Your first purpose is to set up the infrastructure, procedures, systems and above all an exceptional team and culture to deliver outstanding levels of clinical and personal bespoke care to the residents of Auriens Chelsea. You will have previous experience in developing integrated solutions in private commercial environments, and of working in close collaboration with an operations team with a remarkable attention to detail. Auriens Chelsea is an environment where all staff work collaboratively to go above and beyond in delivering a unique customer service experience, superior to what is currently available. The Matron will have 24 hour accountability for the management and oversight of all residents receiving care within the facility, promoting excellence as standard. The role is key in creating a warm and nurturing environment where residents and staff thrive and visitors feel welcome. You will demonstrate inspiring and dynamic leadership, evaluate service delivery and take action advocating for residents at all times.
