Overview
A Hospital for Neuro-disability is currently looking for an experienced Matron or a Ward manager who is keen to make their next step in a well-respected, charity hospital and research centre, providing care for adults with brain injuries in London. There are 3 roles vacant to work in 3 different wards, Ventilator Units and Young Person Service, Specialist Huntington and Behaviour Service and Specialist Continuing Care Wards. The main responsibilities for this role will be: The provision of person-centered patient/resident care through the provision of leadership and direction to nursing teams. Creating a learning culture and developing and maintaining high standards of evidenced-based care through the development and monitoring of capabilities and performance of nursing teams. Being central to the patient safety agenda and complying with legislation and best practice supported by an Integrated Governance framework.
