Overview

We are looking for 3 matrons to join a well-respected charity hospital and research centre in South London. The successful candidate will be responsible for direction and leadership of their own nursing teams and shape the working culture within their wards. Apart from a competitive salary, the you would be offered some other benefits such as 24h free parking on site and season ticket loan. We are looking for people with experience in one of the following three areas: Long term care (or continued care) Neuro-disability (in particular Huntington and Behaviour) Ventilation units and Young Person Service The ideal candidate would have some Experience as a Matron, but this is an excellent opportunity for Band 7 nurses with management experience to step up in their careers as their applications will be considered as well. The hospital has their own in house training and development team, which gives all employees the chance of progressing in their training with in house and external training courses.
