Main Responsibilities CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Front of House - You'll be the first person our customers meet when they visit our restaurants, it's up to us to create a fantastic experience for each and every one of them. Our Front of House team are friendly, welcoming and making our customers feel like they made the right choice to eat with us. Middle of House - Whilst not in a customer facing position it will be your responsibility to ensure the product we deliver to our customers is the very best, supporting our Front of House team by delivering the perfect product you have prepared. TEAMWORK Front of House - We team together everyday to allow us to deliver the experience our customers deserve... the very best! Day to day you will support those you work with in various different ways; taking & packing orders, cleaning our Front of House area & toilets and bringing our People Promise to life by Being Your Best Self, Making A Difference and Having Fun! Middle of House - We team together everyday to allow us to deliver the experience our customers deserve... the very best! Day to day you will support those you work with in various different ways; preparing our famous chicken burgers, and side orders. CLEANLINESS Front of House - You will be responsible for ensuring our front counter, restaurant and toilet areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. Middle of House - You will be responsible for ensuring our food preparation and holding areas are kept clean and tidy at all times HEALTH & SAFETY AND FOOD SAFETY Front of House - It important to us that our restaurants are a safe environment for our team and customers, therefore we expect our teams to adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment at all times. OUR PRODUCT Front of House - You will be responsible for ensuring our great tasting chicken and other menu items are delivered to our customers exactly how the Colonel intended! Middle of House - You will be responsible for preparing many of our tasty menu items; Burgers, Wraps, Sides, & of course, our Finger Licking Chicken OUR SYSTEMS We have many systems in our restaurant that support us to run our business efficiently. At times you will be responsible for reading and interpreting information and making decisions to help make sure our customers get the best tasting chicken and chips all the time. THE APPRENTICESHIP This apprenticeship is aimed at Team Members and runs alongside KFC's internal Team Member Training Programme. Learn the material on the job, and get to use what you learn in your job every day. Completion of the programme is equivalent to 5 GCSE's . It's the first step on the way through all of our education opportunities - you could end up earning a degree for free! It offers our Team Members a great way to get ahead and kick start their career in hospitality. On completion of this programme, apprentices will have developed fantastic 'hospitality' skills and knowledge such as recognising customer needs, knowing how to match them to our products and services and working as part of a team to ensure that every customer feels welcomed and looked after.
