Under the Agency Worker Regulations October 2011, all agency workers currently engaged with Wakefield Council are eligible to apply. This is an extremely important position for the effective day to day running of our leisure sites. Previous experience of Working as a Duty Supervisor is a minimum expectation with comprehensive working knowledge across the portfolio of Leisure Facilities. Candidates must have valid NPLQ and Pool Plant operators certificate. Level 3 apprentice qualification in management and or be working towards level 5 in leadership & management. A site base will be assigned but there is an expectation that the post holder will regularly rotate base to assist operational need and personal development.
