St Mungo's is pleased to offer an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join us and play a key role in shaping how we deliver outstanding HR services. Led by a multi-award winning Director, the St Mungo's HR team is helping to steer the organisation through an exciting period of growth. We look to achieve a number of ambitious and compelling goals which will have a huge impact on the organisation and its service users. You will be joining an enthusiastic and highly professional team. We pride ourselves of supporting personal development and career progression. Majority of this team have been promoted to an internal role within the last two years. You will be working alongside 3 other HR Partners and supported by HR Officers and Administrators. As HR Partner, your main responsibilities will include: • Acting as the dedicated Partner for a specific region, supporting, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives • Managing a case load of complex employee relations cases and employment tribunals • Leading on change management processes including TUPE and restructures • Advising, coaching and empowering managers to build and develop engaged and effective teams • Using management information and analytics to identify trends and deliver service improvements • Driving organisational and local change by understanding business needs and influencing managers to implement positive practice To be successful in the role you will be a proactive, driven individual with an up to date knowledge of employment law, best practice and strategic thinking in HR along with strong generalist HR experience. You will be a confident influencer, adept at managing multiple priorities and will be CIPD qualified. In line with social distancing measures, the successful candidate will initially be required to work from home. Once restrictions are lifted, the role will be based at our Head Office in East London. We offer 25 days annual leave, and operate a very popular Flexi Time scheme, which allows you to supplement your annual leave entitlement. After 5 years, staff annual leave entitlement increases to 28 days. St Mungo's contribute 4% of your gross annual salary, and you are able to enrol in the Defined Contribution scheme following a successful probationary period in which the employer contribution is 6%.
