ABOUT THE TEAM The Leadership Team provides Revolut with the vision, the drive, and the direction to continue its rapid growth and development into a major international finance business. From risk, to finance, to people, the leadership team is our C-suite level grouping that sets the tone and agenda for all areas of the business and is comprised of some of the brightest and most successful people in the business. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a talented Head of Design to join one of our product departments in the London office. If you genuinely love what you do, are driven and passionate, then we want to hear from you. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Hiring great designers at scale Checking and approving all latest designs across multiple products in your department Driving design function forward by developing new ideas and improving design system Managing performance of designers in design function Representing Revolut at external design events WHAT YOU'LL NEED 10+ years experience as a designer (individual contributor) 5+ years experience as a design manager 5+ years start-up experience Minimum GPA 3.5/4 (US), 60% (UK), 8/10 in any other country A LITTLE ABOUT US We believe that there are better ways for people to control their money.
