Head Chef - Premium Cafe Restaurant Situated in Knightsbridge - £35,000 Package Our Client: An exciting opportunity has become available for a Head Chef to join this exciting new opening in Soho, London. Our exclusive client currently has 2 premium restaurants in London, this particular restaurant is a premium burger restaurant using Wagyu and Black Angus Beef to create its signature dishes. This role would suit someone with previous burger restaurant experience, with a "hands on approach". The Ideal Head Chef will have a real passion for the Hospitality and Catering Industry and pride themselves on the high quality of service they provide. You as Head Chef of the kitchen will lead multiple chefs in the kitchen, being able to maintain the organisation of the kitchen and Chefs. Responsibilities: * Maintain High Standards for all produce served to customers * Lead a brigade of chefs in the kitchen ensuring professionalism and efficiency at all times. * Ensure the kitchen is organised for service and maintains a high standard.
