Dataiku is looking for a Project Lead to be part of Dataiku's new Strategic Advisory Practise. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a new functional strategic area within a high-growth start-up. As Dataiku's Global Business Consulting unit, the Strategic Advisory practise will provide organisational and technological recommendations, focused on Business Analytics and AI topics, to a variety of companies, across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, IT, financial services, media, industrials, business services and many others. Dataiku is on a rapid growth path, doubling its customers year on year. It operates globally, with a strong base in the Americas and Europe, and growing activity in Asia. The candidate would be based in the London office, and flexible to travel for client engagements. This position reports to the VP of the Strategic Advisory practise. Responsibilities * In this new role, you will help the team to: * Deliver organisational and technological recommendations for large organisations worldwide on the topics of AI and business analytics, working alongside the rest of the team and collaborating with internal contributors whose specific expertise might be needed * Define a strategy for clients on their analytics journey and support them and the rest of the Dataiku's teams to implement it * Build out the capabilities of the Strategic Advisory team, both through coaching junior consultants and the potential to make external hires * Develop and standardise our in-house toolkit & methodologies Ideal Candidate * For this position, you are the right candidate for Dataiku if: * You have a strong background in either strategic or management consulting * You have solid knowledge of analytics transformational projects * You have experience in leading client engagements with very large organisations * You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Experience in a multicultural environment would be a plus To fulfill its mission, Dataiku is growing fast!
