Brendoncare Park Road is our popular nursing home in a quiet area of Winchester which provides nursing care for up to 40 residents, enabling them to live independent, happy and fulfilling lives. Who are you? We are seeking experienced nurses who share our passion for excellent dementia care and can demonstrate professionalism and energy in the home. We are looking for somebody who: * Has a valid NMC PIN * Has previous experience of working with the elderly / dementia * Is conversant with the NMC Code * Is a competent computer user * Is a good communicator, written and verbally * Is able to manage and motivate the care team What will I be doing?
