Specialist Dementia Care Home, Part Time RGN - Winchester Are you a Registered General Nurse and looking for a new opportunity to branch out into Mental Health? If the answer is yes then keep reading! We are currently working with a Charity Run, Specialist Dementia Care Home based within the beautiful town of Winchester. Situated within closed proximity of local supermarkets, high street shops, hospitals and schools this is a great location for someone with a busy life to work as you will have everything at your door step... including great access to green spaces, parks and rivers running just around the corner. We are looking for Qualified Registered General Nurses who have active NMC Pin's to fill this Part Time Vacancy. We are offering : * Flexible part time working, to suit those with busy lives, personal commitments or those who are enjoying a slower pace * A very competitive rate of pay where weekends and nights offer a higher rate of pay, as do any extra shifts or hours that me need covering * The opportunity to work within an organisation who have recently received a "Good" Rating from the CQC in their last inspection meaning that they have been able to consistently prove that they provide high quality of care to their residents. Duties, responsibilities and expectations for this role include but are not limited to: * Developing with each resident an individual programme of care, assessing their needs and ensuring that the care is provided in accordance with their care plan. Reviewing and evaluating care plans on a regular basis. * Participate fully in the care of the residents, providing skilled nursing care enabling quality of life through the provision of effective care. * Ensure that prescribed drugs and treatments are correctly given in accordance with current legislation.
