The Homes publishing division at Hearst Magazines UK is home to a selection of the world's most iconic and successful magazine brands: Country Living, Prima, Good Housekeeping, Red and House Beautiful. This role is within our fast expanding licensing team which sits at the heart of our revenue diversification strategy. Working across all Lifestyle licensing clients you will ensure that each is supported fully throughout the term of their contract with Hearst across all licensing and customer service activities. This is a key role in ensuring client satisfaction at all times and at every level of contact through the client's company. You will have your own client portfolio and will also support the Licensing Manager on more complex client partnerships and pitch opportunities. Your goal will be to create the best plan to meet client objectives, build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders and exceed client performance expectations. Key Responsibilities Work with the Licensing Manager to develop and deliver standardised protocols for client account management. Support the Licensing Manager and the Chief Brand Officer (Lifestyle) in preparing and creating sales proposals for new prospect licensees. Regular liaison and communication with all relevant internal stakeholders - editorial & commercial. Work with relevant editorial and commercial teams to build diverse, creative and multiplatform support plans tailored to each clients' needs. You will be asked to write and to upload branded content for print, digital and social campaigns and overseeing design across multiple formats. Reaching out to PR agencies for products required at shoots Track and monitor the support provided to clients across all Hearst platforms each month Drive insight and innovation for the team by regularly researching market trends, opportunities and competitors.
