ABOUT THE TEAM Our product teams are the workshops that transform Revolut's ideas into reality. From creating Metal cards to developing cutting edge features such as Trading, Crypto, Vaults, Budgeting/Analytics and Social Payments, each area of Revolut's offering is owned by a dedicated product team with responsibility for all aspects of what they are building, from compliance and legal to business development and finance. Each product team operates independently like a mini-startup within Revolut, with its own tech and design resources. This not only allows for fast-paced development and pivots, it facilitates passionate, close-knit teams that work closely together to achieve their goals. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Head of Product with a flair for UX and Data to step in, set the vision, hire the team and deliver our world-class Wealth & Trading product! We're building a Wealth & Trading Platform that will redefine the industry. Trading usually comes with significant barriers to entry, usually financial! Here at Revolut, we're doing things differently; our new platform will enable ALL Revolut users to build their own wealth portfolio by trading commission free shares in their favourite global companies.! What you'll be doing * You will take the ownership and define the product vision for our Wealth & Trading platform * You will hire and manage a heavy hitting, cross-functional team * You will understand user needs and gather product requirements * You will be responsible for KPIs deliveries * You'll have a passion for changing how people look after their personal wealth! Revolut started in 2015 with card transactions abroad without rubbish exchange rates or hidden fees. We've since added business accounts, vaults, insurance and even access to cryptocurrency exposure.
