Description * Cell Press is seeking a highly motivated project lead to manage its flagship online event series, as well as other event, print, and online commercial products as needed. Based in the Elsevier office in either Cambridge, MA, USA or London, UK, this is an exciting and dynamic career opportunity for someone with a passion for facilitating scientific communication and unique approaches to data sharing. Your responsibilities * Manage the Cell Press Webinar series and other event, print, and online products as required * Liaise with colleagues in Product Development, Editorial, Sales, and Marketing to successfully organize and deliver client-sponsored commercial products * Oversee all aspects of commercial product lifecycle, including defining scope and developing program with internal stakeholders, creating registration page, developing marketing materials, and facilitating ongoing communication among stakeholders * Liaise with scientific product manager, Cell Press Editors, and sales to define commercially viable scientific topics for products that align with Cell Press strategic goals * Continuously monitor product performance and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure performance targets and deadlines are met for all products * Use data driven approaches to continuously refine the products and develop new opportunities for future product offerings * Lead monthly meeting with internal stakeholders to discuss portfolio progress and distribute weekly status reports This is a full-time term position for 12 months from the start date. Potential for term renewal pending performance and funding availability.
