What you'll be doing You'll enjoy solving problems, turning situations around and making a real difference in the work you do. Managing a team of three, you will look to ensure quick and effective resolution of cases at all levels of our complaints, insurance and disrepair processes. You will support the business through training and development at all levels to ensure consistent delivery of our policies and procedures. Most importantly, you will lead the business in understanding the causes of our complaints and working with colleagues to make improvements to avoid these situations from happening again. More about you You'll be a customer service professional, able to take on the role of Customer Resolution Manager leading the business in resolving complaints and helping us to learn from our mistakes. You'll be passionate about customer service and have a track record in successful customer complaint handling. You'll be a confident and proven operational manager who can lead a small team to achieve challenging objectives. At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same! When and where you'll be doing it You will be able to work flexibly, 37 hours per week, based on our customers' needs.
