Overview

Seeking a highly organised, customer focused individual to work a shift pattern in Bath for six months Your new company A sought after Bath employer, with a highly respected brand and state of the art offices based outside the centre of Bath with parking available. Your new role To manage diaries and schedules for individuals working out in the field. Taking calls from customers reporting any faults and arranging for individuals to investigate any issues. This is a busy and varied role, where you will need to be an effective problem solver, capable of multi-tasking whilst being an excellent communicator. Working at the nerve centre of a innovative and structured organisation that offer a supportive and friendly team atmosphere with some long standing members of the team to assist new employees. A four week training and induction programme is given to all new starters. It is an eight week rota, with the majority of shifts lasting twelve hours. Timings can vary from 7am to 7pm through to 10am to 10pm. Due to the long hours, ample time off is given with most individuals experiencing six consecutive days off in any eight week rotation. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be quick thinking, with a positive outlook and a desire to do your best. Strong customer service skills are also key for this role, you will need to be a customer focused individual able to keep calm under pressure. An understanding of MS Excel is also a requirement for this role. Someone who has worked with customer databases or CRM systems would be desirable. If you have a rough understanding of local geography around the Bath & Bristol areas this would also be an advantage.
