Job Overview Regional Sales Manager | Compute (servers) and Storage Division (Sesame Systems By 2020, more than 50% of enterprises will run mission-critical, containerized cloud-native applications in production and 20% of business-critical applications currently deployed on three-tier IT infrastructure will transition to hyperconverged infrastructure. This gives Sesame the opportunity to serve service providers as market dynamics continue to shift. At Sesame, our Sales Executives are pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing sales team. You will be a Sesame's boots-on-the ground executive that will build personal relationships and work with our prospective clients to satisfy their needs and wants. We are looking for a results-oriented, motivated, and strategic sales executives to penetrate a high-growth industry and position Sesame as a technology leader in the industry. Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in helping us become the next big technology company in UK, Northern Europe & Scandinavian Countries (NES) by winning high visibility deals and crushing your annual quota. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for educating the market about the power of Sesame and generating opportunities with net-new customers. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers. To thrive in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Responsibilities * Create a strategic account plan and manage business to achieve measurable outcomes * Work to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration through a territory that is a combination of geographic, product, industry, and other customer/market dimensions * Build and maintain relationships with account decision makers and decision influencers, key business partners and influencers in the territory * Understand and effectively communicate the value of Sesame's solutions to customers within the Hyperscale market * Manage sales territory and account engagements to ensure sufficient opportunities to meet and exceed quota targets * Create and manage partnerships where required with key Channel Partners and System Integrators within assigned territory * Conversant in market and customer business requirements and trends for the Tier 2/3 CSP's and larger scale enterprise cloud companies' market and maintains market and competitive knowledge to ensure credibility with customers * Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application by understanding Sesame's product offerings and competitive issues * Work with various departments within Sesame (Product, Marketing, Finance and Engineering) to provide customer feedback and drive revenue opportunities in the region * Liaises with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing sales * Forecast revenue opportunities and estimate the selling needs from resources, investment, and solution * Execute appropriate pricing and contracting agreements across multiple entities Skills * Excels at executive stakeholder management, driving change and problem solving (internally and externally) * Experience creating new routes to market through channel partners, joint-ventures, new startups, delivering exponential growth for your own organization * Customer contract development, creating strong positive business impact for both our customers and Sesame * Excellent
