Roles & Responsibilities: Own all new business relationships with our AdWave/PodWave sales marketplace across European markets Identify new sales partners for AdWave/PodWave, negotiate terms and activate demand where available. These include but not exclusive to Ad Networks, Media owners, resellers 3rd Party DSPS's, Trading desks Support and introduce AdWave/PodWave 'sales partners' to new products and solutions designed to increase monetization Partner with the Supply team to ensure optimum inventory levels that meet demand requirements both in terms of quantity and quality Build sales material design to support our sales partners across Europe Partner with our product team to develop features across our Product Suite that will help increase revenue for AdWave/PodWave Be an expert in audience data and how it can be used to increase revenue and yield across AdWave/PodWave. Be familiar with all GDPR related issues and be able to address questions Required skills: 10+ years business development experience in an online/digital environment Proven experience in managing relationships at a senior level Proven experience in negotiating and renewing contracts Knowledge of the digital advertising technology environment including programmatic Strong interest in audio and technology High energy, positive attitude and team orientation in all interactions Excellent oral and written communications skills Manage deadlines without need for micro-management Fluent in English and another European language would be a plus Personality and Basic Qualifications: Business Development and Sales Experience Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships Strong organizational, process and analytical skills.
