Purpose of Role: Our Global Account Management team aresenior commercial and strategic leadersinour businesswho areresponsible for delivering profitable growth and exceeding targets within our top tier accounts. As a Global Account Manager, you will beresponsible for defining, developing and delivering on short- and long-term commercial strategiesacross the entire GAM account portfolioto address key market opportunities and differentiate ICIS, enhancecustomer and prospect engagement anddeliverresults via go-to-market excellence.GAMs areseniorsmember of the sales functionsothesuccessful candidatewill provide a key leadership role across the business and will be required to input into business strategy and identify and nurture key customer stakeholdersas well asembedding customer-centricity across ICIS and being a customer champion, driving insight and best practices across the organisation. Key Accountabilities: * Responsible for significantly exceeding financial and wider business objectiveswithin the GAM portfolio * Working collaboratively within the GAMteam ensuring that self and colleagues are committed tobeahigh-performance sales organisation that will differentiate ICIS via commercial excellence to capture market share and deliver customer value * Deliver against business and team objectives by role modelling world class behaviours and hold's self and others to account * Deployment ofwiderICISresource into areas of best impact to execute on market strategyin particular ensuringthat supporting resources are effectively engaged to provide deep customer understanding * Increase both customer and employee satisfaction, engagement, mission impact, loyalty, innovation and revenue. * Develop a deep understanding of customer workflow, market trends, competitive activity, opportunity and threats Skills and Behaviours * Significant experience in commercial execution, not necessarily in the PRA orpetchem/energy markets * A strong track record of driving growth in to exceed financial and other business objectives in complex customer organisations * Experienced in working cross-functionally to create high performance organisations * Well versed in creating and developing sales strategies to maximise go-to-market resource and execute againstmarketopportunity * Extensive experience of C level commercial negotiations * Passionate about a world-class customer experience * Proven track record of leading teams in value based, customer-centric buying methodologies and exceeding objectives and financial goals * Proven at identifying, hiring and developing high performing talent and managing under performance * Champion diversity and representation across as well as leading proactive succession planning and talent management to improve customer outcomes * Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form and ability to collaborate, influence and manage remotely to work with other business functions and geographies * Ensure best practice and sales governance and adherence of self and team to all relevant policies and procedures * Curious about everything, willing to ask questions and challenge the status quo in order to provide better customer, employee and business outcomes * Driven, passionate, motivated individual At ICIS, we are a team that thrives on innovation and collaboration in a diverse and inclusive culture.
