ABOUT THE TEAM The Leadership Team provides Revolut with the vision, the drive, and the direction to continue its rapid growth and development into a major international finance business. From risk, to finance, to people, the leadership team is our C-suite level grouping that sets the tone and agenda for all areas of the business and is comprised of some of the brightest and most successful people in the business. WHAT WE NEED We are looking for a Head of Acquiring Services. You will be responsible for building an acquiring platform that will serve our retail and business customers. This position requires an entrepreneurial operator looking to make an impact. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You will work closely with our founders to take our card acquiring infrastructure to the next level You will identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy You will be responsible for KPIs deliveries You will run a high performing cross-region team As a result, you and your team's work will make a difference to millions of people across the world! WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED Deep knowledge and experience in Card Acquiring (10+ years of experience) You have prior experience and a track record of building successful card acquiring solutions You love solving problems You are highly logical, analytical & technical You have a deep understanding of product development processes Excellent knowledge of relevant regulation and regulatory bodies You possess experience working with agile methodologies and are highly technical e.g. fluent in SQL STEM background preferred A LITTLE ABOUT US We believe that there are better ways for people to control their money.
