Responsibilities include: * Perform exploratory and statistical analyses to understand and predict our customer behaviours, identify bottlenecks, and answer critical business questions. * Build and deploy scalable machine learning models and oversee their performance against KPIs. * Forecast our users conversion, engagement, and churn with rigorous statistical models * Empower various teams to use Lifetime Value data through the creation of easy to use data views and tools * Build trust algorithms that to replace user-dependent reputation systems. Requirements * Been a data scientist or software engineer for 5+ years. * Significant experience with NLP toolkits, e.g. NLTK. * Experience with building machine learning models, e.g. Scikit-Learn or Pytorch. * A solid statistics background. * Experience in dealing with large data sets and creating scalable and replicable solutions for analysis and modelling. * Passion for understanding user behaviour and building solutions to optimise customer experience and growth. * Excellent communication skills and an innate ability to tell stories with data.
