We are expanding, and we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Director/ Director to join our Transactions Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) team in London and specialise in advising Infrastructure Investors. The successful candidate will; * Join a global team with strong leadership, bright, energetic people and a truly entrepreneurial spirit * Have an established network across the Infrastructure investor community with the ambition, working alongside the existing Managing Director, to develop Infrastructure into a market leading practice * Deliver international projects on behalf of many of the most prominent organisations world wide Responsibilities: * As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage multiple and challenging Infrastructure Transaction Advisory engagements, working closely with many of our Managing Directors * You will be expected to take a senior role on projects, sometimes reporting directly to Managing Directors * You would be expected to coach and develop more junior colleagues * You would gain constant exposure to the Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial deal experience but also to be actively and proactively involved in commercial, business development, and marketing * You will be given the opportunity to use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, as well as being given exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction * Our Transaction Advisory team can work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process * You will be encouraged to internally network with our service lines and to work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships * You are expected to be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in beginning to develop new client relationships. Essential experience: * Previous experience in Financial Due Diligence (Transaction Services) is essential in addition to experience across in Infrastructure funds, SWF, Insurance companies and Pension funds * An established network and track record across Infrastructure & sustainable development * Trained at a Big 4 firm or an established Transaction Advisory (transaction services) practice * Fluent business level English. Additional European language skills including French, Dutch, German, Swedish, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable * Experience of actively and pro-actively participating in business development activities A&M Culture A&M is a growing business and TAG employees have extensive client exposure and the opportunity be involved in business development activities.
