Job Description

Being a Lead Technical Project Manager at iManage means... You will work directly with our clients to translate business and user requirements into our technology solutions. You will act as a senior point of contact with some key clients and stakeholders during the implementation phase of our enterprise search application. iM Responsible For... * Owning the implementation of our solutions across complex enterprise data and systems * Acting as a senior point of contact between RAVN and our clients during the implementation phase * Documenting and analyzing business and client requirements, and liaise with PM team to ensure resources meet business need; create business justifications for additional resource as required * Contributing to improving the preparation and packaging of future deployments * Collaborating with the RAVN support team to offer technical assistance to existing customers * Participating alongside the RAVN sales team on pre-sales support such as proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations * Serving as a product evangelist to help develop and improve the product and win business with new and existing customers iM Qualified Because I have... * A strong academic background with at least a BSc in Computer Science or similar from a leading university * 3-5+ years of experience in lead consulting related role * Experience in a professional client-facing environment * Strong leadership and influencing skills * Experience with deployments of Linux or Windows based networks and systems * Working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, Ruby, PowerShell, etc) * Experience in Enterprise Search or Artificial intelligent would be advantageous. * Experience with any of the following would be advantageous: * Object oriented programming (Java/.Net) and scripting languages (Python, Perl, Ruby, PowerShell, etc) * Information retrieval strategies and algorithms * SQL databases and/or object store technologies (eg, MongoDB, Cassandra) * Working with XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web services and REST APIs About iManage iManage combines artificial intelligence with content and email management to free, secure, and understand information.
