In this role your responsibilities may include: Technical Capability * Develop knowledge of the firm's processes and practices and support colleagues with administration and processes. * Effectively manage information and data and provide an accurate and professional service to clients. * Escalate issues with suggestions when they are beyond the boundaries of your expertise. * Display positive attitude to problems, focusing on solutions. Client Development * Establish cooperative relationships with your client group, asking questions to understand their needs and to check understanding. * Respond promptly and appropriately to client requests and queries. * Develop understanding of the legal market and how the business works, keeping up-to-date with developments in the firm. * Act as an ambassador for the firm, promoting its services and Linklaters as an employer. * Make conscious efforts to develop your network with internal colleagues. * Demonstrate understanding of the firm's strategy and how your function and team fit in.
